Mid Term Elections Are Here!

WE CAN WIN!  We’ve seen wins in Pennsylvania, Alabama, and Virginia and we can do it here in Tennessee.

State and local elections have a direct impact on our daily lives and this is our chance to ensure we elect officials that will work for us!  Talking with our friends and neighbors, knocking on doors, and making phone calls to voters are the best actions proven to significantly impact elections.

Visit our list of Knox County candidates and find a campaign that speaks to you.  Democrat candidates need volunteers for all sorts of elements of their campaigns and there is a place for everyone to volunteer.

Now is the time to get involved, connect with Democratic neighbors and get everyone out to vote.  Early voting for the primary is currently open and continues through April 26 before Election Day on May 1, 2018.

    Truman Day

Join the Knox County Democratic Party as we celebrate our annual homecoming of Democrats that is Truman Day!  Our Truman Day Dinner will celebrate our incredible ballot of Democratic candidates and give you the opportunity to hear each of our 2018 candidates speak, including Gubernatorial candidates Craig Fitzhugh and Karl Dean.

2018 is an unmatched opportunity to affect the change we need in Tennessee. This is the time to go big or go home. Therefore, all proceeds from the evening will be used to hire field staff to support our state and local candidates in 2018 because Knox County deserves a Blue Wave of its own.

Tickets are $65 a person and include a sit down dinner.  A table of ten can be purchased for $650.  Please consider being a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Sponsor.  Sponsors will be listed on the Program Agenda, publicized on the KCDP website, and displayed during the cocktail hour.

All fundraising will be used to hire county organizers to assist our Democratic candidates.  Tickets are $65 until April 24 after which the price increases to $70.
