Line-up will be at 8:30AM with step-off at 10:00AM from the Midway Chilhowee Park, 3300 E. Magnolia Avenue, Knoxville TN 37914.
The purpose of the parade is to offer the community a visual and audible display in tribute to the life and works of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
