Knoxville Progressive Action Committee

The Knoxville Progressive Action Committee amplifies the progressive voice within the Knox County Democratic Party; serves as a bridge between the Knox County Democratic Party and other progressive groups, individuals, and organizations; and unites with progressive allies for action.  The Progressive Action Committee publishes a weekly newsletter that promotes progressive events and actions in the Knox County area.  Please subscribe to the newsletter or follow the Knoxville Progressive Action Committee on Facebook.


Knox County Young Democrats

Knox County Young Democrats are young workers, young professionals, and young families moving Knoxville forward. Our mission is to encourage young people to take an active interest in government; to promote the involvement of young people in the political process; to educate young voters and young people eligible to vote; to further the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party; to advocate for laws, policies, and practices consistent with those ideals and principles; to recruit new members by providing a ready means of entry into our party for all young people; to represent the point of view of Democratic youth in the councils of our party; to assist in the election of Democratic nominees for public office; and to foster, support, and encourage the candidacy of qualified young people for public office and positions of responsibility within our party.

Democratic Women of Knoxville

Democratic Women of Knoxville (DWK) meets on the first Monday of each month at 12 noon in the Knoxville-Oak Ridge Area Central Labor Council at 1522 Bill Williams Drive, Knoxville, TN 37917.  Contact Betty Reddick at jsrdk@aol.com.


Knox County Democratic Women's Club
